Appointment cancellation

If you are unable to keep your appointment, I would ask you to let me know by phone or email at least 24 hours before the planned appointment. If you do not show up or if you cancel the appointment too late, I will charge you for the planned consultation.

Reimbursement

Statutory health insurance:  Unfortunately, the statutory health insurances in Austria do not provide for reimbursement or partial reimbursement for diet and nutritional advice.

Private supplementary insurance:

If you take out additional private health insurance with an outpatient tariff included, in most cases the insurance company pays the entire consultation fee. To do this, please submit the fee invoice and a confirmation from your family doctor to the private supplementary health insurance.

Self-employed entrepreneurs:

You will receive the so-called "Gesundheits-100er" in Austria annually if you are self-employed and part of the Sozialversicherungsanstalt der gewerblichen Wirtschaft (SVA). The SVA pays for some health-promoting measures. You can find more information about the "Gesundheits-100er" on the SVA website .
