About me
I am a professional dietician and nutritionist . In addition to my studies in this field, I previously worked as a self-employed health and fitness trainer for 6 years, coaching people from young to old age with a broad variety of personal goals, including weight loss, strength and muscle building, as well as the improvement of their coordination and mobility.

Today, as a practicing dietician, I specialize in providing nutritional therapy and nutritional advice across a variety of nutritional topics. Using my in depth knowledge, my focus lies in providing tailored and flexible recommendations that help people achieve a better quality of life without having to miss out on their favourite culinary delights.
